The inventory window doesn't have a HUD element to resize. You can use R3 outside of the HUD Layout. If you don't play with controller, you can use your mouse to right-click on the header part of the window you want to resize and press scale window. Yeah that's when you're in the HUD layout.Let alone taking in things like non-combat jobs and "casual" glamours people might want. And the game has hundreds of items that the developers spent time creating, 99% of which are worthless from a gameplay perspective, and we can only store 400 of them + a few dozen in the armoire from event stuff.
