I think Dark and Occult are the same. They both do bonus damage on most god-like beings. Occult does bonus damage to Gwyndolin, Ornstein, Black Knights and Silver Knights. Dark does bonus damage to Black Knights and Silver Knights as well as Irythillans like Outrider Knights, Flame Witches and Pontiff Knights.Divine is almost always stronger than occult (even though occult has higher scaling). This is because base damage is major factor in scaling (more important than the letter grade). Divine tends to have higher base magic damage to scale off faith.
